William Lybarger, Ph.D.

My formal education includes B.S.E and M.S.E in special education/elementary education. Additionally I completed my doctoral matriculation at St. Louis University where the focus of my studies was behavior disorders. I was particularly interested in adolescent boy and girls with severe learning and behavior problems. Following this matriculation I was a manager of health and human service organizations. Early in my career I made several presentations related to behavior management in the public schools. I published "The Messiah is Not coming" a behavior management guide for public school teachers. Additionally, I made several presentations about management of residential facilities for persons with developmental disabilities. More recently I have been a Professor of Management teaching classes in an MBA program and Master in Healthcare Leadership. My publication and research emphasis has been directed toward teaching articles and webinars. Finally, I provide expert witness services to attorneys related to matters in health and human service program operation.
