William Buttigieg, DM\IST

William J. Buttigieg, DM\IST is a senior information systems and technology professional with over twenty-five years of experience and success in leading the design and implementation of information technology strategies to improve operational efficiency, quality, and performance, reduce operating costs, and facilitate organizational goals. He has extensive experience in all aspects of systems development including database analysis, re-engineering, logical and physical database design, implementation, administration, and management of large-scale distributed client-server and multi-tier platforms. His experience spans several industries including entertainment, financial services, retailing, and manufacturing. William received a Doctor of Management in Organizational Leadership with a specialization in Information Systems and Technology from University of Phoenix in 2015. He also received a Master of Business Administration from Southern New Hampshire University in 1992 and received a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems from Manhattan College in 1988.
