Wadad Kaaki, PhD

Dr. Kaaki specializes in instruction in a variety of platforms: face-to-face, blended, hybrid, and online. She has been involved in leadership and teaching where she implements technology integration, monitors programs, student success, career and employment development, mentors, trains, creates professional development activities, manages and evaluates staff/faculty to ensure programs are aligned with mission, vision, and campus-wide goals are implemented. She is a doctoral chair/dissertation committee member and diversity and inclusion committee member. She oversaw the design and evaluation of curriculum within Educational Programs and Allied Health Programs including: CTE (Career and Technical Education) Competency Based Education CBE / CBL Teacher Credential Programs Business Programs Adult Education Humanities, Social Sciences and ELA Online Course Development and Training Doctoral Programs Her creative, innovative personality and communication skills make her an asset in leadership and management. She enjoys mentoring, coaching, advising, motivational speaking, and volunteering. Dr. Kaaki is passionate about the success of all constituents at the workplace and in education. Dr. Kaaki also facilitates courses part-time online to stay in touch with current online teaching pedagogies. She has worked over 25 years at various K-12 classrooms and colleges/ universities. She embraces diversity and inclusion, equal opportunities and the right to pursue education and advance. Her specialties include: business management, project management, consulting, teacher education, career development, employment opportunities, course development and design, online learning, online training, teacher and faculty training, technology training, general education specialization, key note speaking, presentation skills, professional development, leadership modeling, higher education administration, accreditation and student / academic affairs.
