Victor L. Landry, PhD
Victor L. Landry, PhD, is the former manager of Utilization Data for the Community Partnership of Southern Arizona, a regional behavioral health authority. He maintains research interest in public healthcare policy as well as various research methodological issues. Dr. Landry is a member of the Arizona Public Health Association. He recently published a study of the behavioral health care utilization among the tribal and non-tribal population in the northern tier of Arizona (May 2013). His latest peer-reviewed publication reported the effect of the full implementation of the Affordable Care Act on Arizona's Medicaid-eligible seriously mentally ill patients (September 2015). Earlier in his career he was the research coordinator for major surgical and trauma care related outcome studies at the Mercy Hospital of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. He has taught biology at the secondary, community college and university levels and currently teaches microbiology online for South University (Savannah, Georgia).
