Venita Holmes, DrPH

A manager, administrator, and direct services provider in community health and educational institutions with more than twenty years of demonstrated strengths in establishing and building ongoing programs, conducting program evaluations, and managing multiple projects. Expertise is broad in scope as evidenced by successive promotions and leadership assignments within the work environment. Skills include qualitative and quantitative research and evaluation, needs assessment, project management, psychological testing, biostatistics, epidemiology, graphics design, team building, quality improvement, strategic planning, community organizing, fund development, and volunteer program development. Identified in the registry of Evaluation Researchers by the Institute of Education Science, What Works Clearinghouse, for conducting research on the effects of educational interventions.
