I have also taught high school Biology. My instructional accomplishments from previous school years include a 90% passing rate gained on the Science state assessment test and 74% on the EOCT for high school credit. During this time, I’ve served in several capacities: Facilitator of the 2014-2015 DeKalb County School Science Conference, Magnet/Gifted department chairperson, team leader, member of the school’s Leadership Team and have trained fellow teachers on instructional programs partnered with Mercer University. I believe my experience is an asset to the university and I look forward to working and gaining further knowledge in the future.
