Toni Buchsbaum Greif, PhD

Dr. Toni Buchsbaum Greif has worked in the private sector, most recently as CEO and founder of a privately held residential mortgage company in Greenwich, Connecticut specializing in complex financing for high net worth individuals. In addition, she was involved as President, Managing Member, and co-creator of a strategic alliance with Parallel Commercial Capital, a Wall Street commercial conduit that originated, underwrote and securitized commercial mortgages. Dr. Greif has an extensive background in higher education and banking, as well as having served on numerous non-profit boards of directors. Dr Greif consults in the areas of leadership and strategic analysis for entrepreneurs; online education; executive coaching and development; small business analysis; complex financial counseling; real estate development; business ethics; as well as, strategic planning for non-profit boards of directors. She continues her research in these areas and serves as columnist/reviewer for several publications. Dr. Greif has also acted as a background analyst/adviser/guest speaker on CNBC and PBS television.
