Thomas Mosby, Ed.D.

Dr.Thomas Mosby is the former Executive Director of Career Pathways and Partnerships for Highline Public Schools, in Burien Washington. He has most recently accepted a role closer to his home in Bremerton Washington as the Caeer and College Cooridnator for North Mason High School, in Belfair Washington. He has also served as Adjunct faculty for Argosy University in Seattle for 6 years and has been an adjunct faculty member at The University of Phoenix. for the past 12 years, facilitating courses in the School of Education Masters in Elementary and Secondary teaching as well as in the School of Advanced Studies Education Administration and Leadership program. He also has also served for the past 14 as Adjunct faculty and professional advisory board member for the South Seattle College Career and Technical Education teacher's certification program. Dr. Mosby has been involved in public education at the Elementary, middle, secondary and post- secondary levels as a teacher, counselor, coach, building and central office administrator for the past 25 years. He also currently serves on 6 business, community based and education Board of Directors. Dr. Mosby has served as an international education Advisor to the countries of Uganda and the Dominican Republic to help those countries establish computer technology education in their K-12 school systems. Dr. Mosby has also been a celebrated football and baseball coach, earning coach of the year in each of those respective sports during his 15 year coaching career as a high school, college and professional football coach. He has been also recognized as Washington State Career and Technical Education Director of the year in 2007-2008. Dr. Mosby graduated with a BA in Journalism Public Relations from Western Washington University in Bellingham WA. He holds a Masters in Education Counseling Psychology and a Doctorate in Education Administration and Leadership, each from Washington State University in Pullman.
