SUBHASHIS (SUBAS) NANDY, Ph.D., P.E. completed his doctoral work at Pennsylvania State University in State College, Pennsylvania. He currently serves as a faculty member in UOPX’s School of Business and Doctoral Dissertation Mentor in UOPX’s School of Advanced Studies. He facilitates professionally online Doctoral dissertation writing courses and serves as Mentor to Doctoral students. Some of the successfully defended Doctoral dissertations include: 2014: “Qualitative Phenomological Study of Oregon Inmates’ Lived Experience in the Super-Max IMU Program “(Doctoral student: Karen L. Franke) 2014: “Leadership Skills, Job Satisfaction and Motivation in the Workplace: A Phenomenolgical Research Study” (Doctoral student: Sharon M. Johnson) 2015: “Circus Leadership : A Quantitative Descriptive Study of Employee study of employee turnover and injuries from 2003-2013” (Doctoral student: Brian Frank). 2015: “A Quasi- Experimental Research of Intervention Strategies to Improve Upper Elementary School Reading” (Doctoral Student: Angella Bennett-Bogle). 2017: "Relationship Between Teacher's Sense of Efficacy and Student Referrals to the Intervention Support Team" (Doctoral Student: Monica M. Newell). Prior to this he worked as a Product Development Group Leader at Arlon Inc and at Sancoa Inc., and a Senior Engineer at the Polaroid Corporation. Currently he has an active research grant, titled: A comparative Evaluation of Risk-Adjusted Returns of European American Depository Receipts of European Pharmaceutical Companies and S&P 500 Index.
