Scott McCalla, DM

Dr. Scott McCalla is the Chief Strategy Officer for International Pipe & Supply, LLC, which includes the parent company, International Pipe, located in Oklahoma City, as well as two subsidiary companies, Bison Pipe, located in Twin Falls, ID, and Bigfoot Pipe & Piling, located in Seattle, WA. Dr. McCalla received his doctorate of management from UOPX, College of Doctoral Studies. His research examined policies that may be used to mitigate workplace bullying anteceded by heterosexism. His ongoing research interests include workplace bullying, policy development, and change management. Scott has authored and co-authored several articles published in peer-reviewed journals; he also had an article titled “Aggressive Sales Tactics to Keep a Job: Bullying of Sales Associates by Sales Managers” published as a chapter in a peer-reviewed book of essays related to workplace bullying. Dr. McCalla is an accomplished speaker on both business and motivational topics. His professional career has spanned over 25 years as a business leader and manager, specializing in change management, human resources, and business development. Dr. McCalla resides in Edmond, Oklahoma, with his wife, daughters, and two miniature schnauzers.
