Regina Henry, EdD

Hello Everyone, I am Dr. Regina Henry. I have a Doctoral in Leadership and Professional Practice. I began my teaching career in 2003 in secondary education. I joined UoP in 2005. I have served as a trainer, course facilitator, dissertation chair, and committee member. I became a Certified Advanced Facilitator on or around 2011. My research interest includes instructional design practice to enhance learner engagement, course quality examining best practices in course design. I primarily enjoy qualitative research; however, I engage in quantitative research as well. I work full-time as a team lead and instructional designer. I manage the design process and work closely with SME's, internal and external constituents to design educational
