Minor: Healthcare. Received MPA in 1994 Attended Fielding Graduate University, Santa Barbara, CA. Major: Human and Organizational Systems. Received MA in Organizational Development in 1996 and PhD in HOS in 1997. Attended University of Phoenix, School of Advanced Studies. Major: Industrial and Organizational Psychology. Received MS in 2011 Started as adjunct faculty with UOPX in 1998, moving to associate faculty and focused on the School of Advanced Studies in 2002.
