Patricia Bleil, PhD

I spent 25 years in the commercial sector (sales and marketing) in the pharmaceutical industry. I started as a sales rep and took an early retirement as a Vice President when my company was acquired. I completed my PhD and began a new career combining my academics teaching and directing an MBA program, continuing my own research and consulting to organizations on leadership development, with an emphasis on women's leadership. I also conduct workshops in improving organizational communication, and work as a voice-over actor narrating training programs. My current research agenda includes: mentoring for women's leadership development, theories and practice of women using power for leadership, the language of leadership and others.
