Nancy S. Bostain, Ph.D.
Dr. Nancy S. Bostain specializes in developing leaders, teams and organizational members. She is a licensed professional counselor and has 30+ years teaching, consulting, coaching, and organizational development experience. Nancy S. Bostain brings behaviorally based consulting, training, and teaching experience to individuals and groups. She forms a collaborative working relationship with clients that results in proactive solutions to maximize performance. She is a dynamic and creative facilitator in team, leadership and organizational development, coaching, change management, and conflict resolution. Effective leaders blend task and people issues successfully. Dr. Bostain’s goal is to come into an organization, assess the situation, collaboratively seek solutions, implement and evaluate the action plan, and leave the individuals and groups with new skills to address future issues on their own. She works closely with those involved to help clients acquire the skills necessary to effectively manage future organizational and people issues that may arise. Dr. Bostain has extensive experience providing training, consultation and coaching services to a variety of organizations and leadership teams in various industries including: aerospace, law enforcement, public schools, telecommunications, city and county government, finance, engineering, employee assistance programs, legal services, manufacturing, and civic organizations. She is a past President and Vice President of the Colorado Chapter of Employee Assistance Professionals. She is a member of the American Psychological Association and the Society of Industrial/Organizational Psychology. She has a Ph.D. in Organizational Psychology, a Master’s of Science and a B.A. in Psychology. She is a certified Myers-Briggs (MBTI) and certified Zenger-Miller/Achieve Global facilitator. She has also been an associate doctoral graduate school faculty member since 2003 at the University of Phoenix School of Advanced Studies
