Nancy Arduengo, PhD
My name is Dr. Nancy Arduengo. I am an independent consultant working in Delaware. I enjoy bringing new perspectives to the world of work and sharing my knowledge with students and learning from their experiences. There are two other Ph.D.’s on my work team and I have been championing a research project that would provide the three of us the opportunity to publish an article about culture change with our internal clients.
My childhood was spent near Tampa, Florida. I skipped college, married and raised five sons until 1992 when I decided to complete my college education. I obtained a BS in Business Administration with a specialization in Human Resources Management. I entered American University's Master of Science program in Organization Development and completed it in 1999. I completed my doctoral degree in 2005. My dissertation topic was about the cohort experience of online master’s degree programs. As a student who has continuously worked full time, I can certainly empathize with students. I have a good understanding of the challenges of working and going to school. It demands excellent organization skills and superior prioritization.
As an organization development professional specializing in team building and executive coaching, I have more than a decade of experience as an internal and external consultant in the areas of human resources, training and development and organization change management. I have led successful consulting projects with Fortune 100 corporations as well as non-profit organizations in strategic planning, executive coaching, cultural diversity and teams.
