Michael Vandermark, PhD

Michael Vandermark, PhD is a licensed industrial/organizational psychologist who specializes in helping client organizations obtain smoother operations, higher productivity, greater job satisfaction among employees, overall management effectiveness, and increased profit margins. His formal training and experience include a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, a master’s degree in Human Development, and a PhD in Human and Organizational Systems. He is the longest standing associate faculty member with the School of Advanced Studies, having facilitated the first doctoral course at UOPX in 1998. He has served as dissertation chair for 60+ students and as committee member for 35+ students. He has authored two books and has been featured as a subject matter expert on the highly popular documentary "People v. the State of Illusion." Mike resides in Scottsdale with his wife Lynn. Hobbies include recreational flying (Mike is a former military and airline pilot), sailing, golf, hiking, and partying with friends and neighbors.
