Mercer Morgan, III, DM, MBA

Mercer Morgan is originally from Cleveland Ohio. He enlisted into the Navy in 1984 and retired after 29 years in 2013. He was advanced to the rank of Chief Petty Officer and subsequently commissioned under the Limited Duty Officer (LDO) Program. As an LDO he has completed multiple tours globally. Subsequent to his retirement he continued his service to country as a government contractor at the Naval Test Wing Pacific in October of 2014. He is now assigned to the Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division in China Lake, California as a Branch Head for the Weapons Integration Division and a Deputy Assistant Program Manager for Logistics. He has a Doctorate of Management Degree in Organizational Leadership and a Master’s in Business Administration. Dr. Morgan is currently committed to expanding the body of knowledge in leadership.
