Matthew Reis, PhD

Matthew J. Reis holds a doctorate in Psychology - Organization Behavior from the Claremont Graduate University in Claremont, California. He has over 20 years combined experience in business, management and consulting in organization development. Dr. Reis has extensive experience in the design, delivery and evaluation of organizational development initiatives in a variety of corporate and not-for-profit environments. His work includes organizational change, strategic planning, leadership development, and employee engagement initiatives. Dr. Reis is the author of A Manager’s Guide to Human Behavior - 5th edition (2010) published by the American Management Association. He is certified in numerous personality assessments and professional development tools such as the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, DiSC, Hay Group Emotional Intelligence assessment, and 360-degree feedback surveys from the Center for Creative Leadership, Personnel Decisions International, and Management Research Group. Current research interests include employee engagement, organizational culture and leadership.
