Matthew Anderson, Ph.D

Academic: I serve as an Associate Professor for the School of Strategic Studies, University of Phoenix, as a Psychology Professor at Saint Leo University (distance learning directorate, where I teach currently 3-Psych courses: Research Design, Psychometric Tests and Measurements and Exploration of Social and Cultural Groups as potential Foundations to Behavior. I serve as a Graduate Business Course Developer and Professor at Florida Institute of Technology; and as a Faculty Reviewer for the American Council on Education (ACE); and Editor and Article Reviewer to over 14-Professional Journals and 5-Professional Conferences and Associations. Professional: During my 32-years of active duty United States Army Service I served many leadership and training development and implementation assignments, most notably: served as the Dean of the United States Army Quartermaster Technical Officer Training College where I analyzed and evaluated common core and technical skills programs of instruction for Warrant Officer Basic and Advanced courses for Active Duty, Reserve and National Guard quartermaster warrant officers (technical officers). Supervised 10-instructors tasked with developing, training and maintaining programs of instructions for 550 warrant officers annually in five (5) Quartermaster specialties: Property Book, Supply Systems, Food Service, Airdrop, and Petroleum and Water. Managed 5-Instructors tasked with developing, training and maintaining programs of instructions for 2,000 Officers and Non-Commissioned Officers annually in logistical information systems and functional quartermaster skills. I served as Executive Vice President (RCWO) and principal advisor to the Quartermaster Commandant, and Deputy Commanding General, Fort Lee, on all matters relating to 3,028 Quartermaster Warrants (total force) in Five (5) Specialties: Property Book, Supply Systems, Food Service, Airdrop, and Petroleum and Water. Advised, briefed and guided Sustainment and Army Leadership on 25,000 warrant officers (Active, Reserve and National Guard components) on matters of professional development as a voting member of the Vice Chief of Staff Army, Senior Warrant Officer Advisory Council (SWOAC). I currently am CEO and Founder of World Class, LLC which specializes in a hybrid or blend of facets of Organizational Psychology, Process Change Management and Distribution Management. Personal: I am an avid ultra marathon and obstacle course race enthusiast and love to snorkel, scuba and have indeed thrown myself out of perfectly good airplanes with a parachute. I am a recently widowed man and live in Chester, Virginia and mentor three dogs and a cat
