Presently Sr. Fleet Coordinator for Black Hills Corporation, SD. I am an adult education and organizational development practitioner who served as the senior leader developing strategy for the application of Lean principles, practices, and human capital; responsible for communication, change management, and employee development for all levels of leaders and employees. I have excellent planning, communication and team building skills; keen ability to engage subject matter experts to determine requirements. I have nearly 20-years of experience delivering, consulting, reporting, and providing process integration to manage human resources. I have directed teams and programs ranging from 14 direct-reports to over 400 matrix employees with budgets over $2M and for programs greater than $.6B; including start up, restructuring, assessment, rapid-change, multi-site/international operations and catalyst initiatives; Proven success in transformation environments requiring collaboration and team building for initiatives.
