Les Huffman, DM, MA

I look forward to engaging with my colleagues in research and other collaborative activities that will create the opportunity for new knowledge to be gained. I achieved my Doctor of Management in Organizational Leadership in September. 2014 when I successfully defended my dissertation, Leadership in the 21st Century: Is A New Model Needed? A Qualitative Single Case Study that is published in the University of Phoenix Library. I have been with the university for over 10 years in a variety of capacities. I am currently a member of the doctoral faculty as a Doctoral Development Faculty in the School of Advanced Studies. I also teach for the university in the School of Business and the School of Advanced Studies.
