Kristina has successfully defended her study in the DM Program at the University of Phoenix and now serving as an alumni research fellow for the University of Phoenix. Kristina's professional background in operational management and talent acquisition for the retail industry fueled her academic pursuits into generational diversity in the workplace. Postgraduation, she has become a published scholar, and currently seeking teaching opportunities in higher education. She also is an independent business consultant, and active member of the community.
