Kevin Gazzara, DM
Dr. Kevin Gazzara has spent the last 30+ years in engineering, marketing, program management, leadership, organizational development, and teaching experience for industries spanning from heavy equipment to high tech. Since 2007 he has been a senior partner with Magna Leadership Solutions LLC www.magnaleadership.com based in Phoenix, Arizona Kevin worked for 18 years at Intel Corporation, holding management positions for; Worldwide Leadership development, Product and Operations management for the i960 and the i750image processors, Marketing and Business Development, Kevin is the co-author with Dr. Ali Lakhani of “The Leader of Oz: Revealing 101 Secrets of Marvelous Leadership for the 21st Century,” Both Kevin and Ali are also contributing writers to Warren Bennis’ Leadership Excellence magazine. Magna Leadership Solutions has designed and delivered innovative learning solutions and facilitation for a variety of international organizations including; Intel, CISCO Systems, VMware, Honeywell, Logitech, Qualcomm, Alcon, Banner Health, Nextera Energy, Cytec Industries, PRTM Consulting, & Quest Laboratories and AZ State University. Dr. Gazzara is currently a professor at 4 US Universities and 1 International University where he has regularly taught and developed classroom and on-line university courses in Leadership and Management, Organizational Change, Critical Thinking, Marketing and Business Strategy for undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral programs, since 1996. He has developed Leadership Curriculum for 4 different universities. He holds a BS in Commerce and Engineering from Drexel University, an MBA from Philadelphia University, and a Doctorate of Management in Organizational Leadership from the University of Phoenix.
