Kecia Addison Scott, Ph.D.

Visionary researcher with more than 20 years of progressive experience in research and evaluation complemented by a demonstrated commitment to continuing education. An advocate of the view that all students can learn; facilitated through a specific knowledge of testing and assessment, leadership, multicultural education, and program development and evaluation. Extensive knowledge and work experience in quantitative, qualitative, and mixed method research methodologies. Proven ability to cultivate and maintain productive relationships among various stakeholders. Devoted not only to the assessment of instructional programs, but also in assisting children achieve and become productive citizens through examining issues that impact their educational attainment.
