Karen Johnson, EdD

Karen K. Johnson, Ed.D, is a state, regional, and internationally recognized leader, innovator, coach, mentor, and volunteer. After four decades of coaching leaders on how to sustain and grow organizations, her work in professional organizations, businesses, manufacturing firms, universities, and charter schools has earned her several recognitions. Dr. Johnson works with doctoral students at the University of Phoenix as they conduct and publish their dissertation research. She has mentored over 50 dissertation students to successful completion since 2007 and served on an equal number of committees of successful graduates. She currently serves as a CoDS Staff Faculty University Research Methodologist, advising students on the methods used in their research. She has been named a Phoenix 500 and was a Faculty of the Year recipient in 2021.
