Dr. Conzelmann, is an accomplished and effective mentor, educator, tutor, public speaker, and author. Dr. Conzelmann currently teaches business communications and business leadership courses to MBA students online. She earned her doctorate in Management, specializing in Organizational Leadership, from University of Phoenix in 2012; Copyeditor's Certification from the University of California San Diego in 2015; Certificate as a Basic Certified Tutor in 2016;and provides guidance to students and private authors. Adding to her accomplishments, Dr. Conzelmann continues to give back to the next generations of scholars by serving on a doctoral dissertation committee, and self-publication of "Keep it Simple, Scholars! A Basic Guide for Writing & Editing Dissertations and Theses," designed to help guide students in the process of writing and editing dissertations and theses from an experienced perspective—allowing students to help themselves! Additionally, Dr. Conzelmann participated in writing, double-blind editing, and publication of a book chapter in a book volume series through Palgrave titled, "Servant Leadership and Followership: Examining the Impact on Workplace Behavior," with her chapter titled: "Employee Perspectives: The Lack of Servant Leadership in Organizations" (Edited by UOPX anlumna: Dr. Crystal Davis).
