A Bachelor's degree in business management and accounting from the University of Wisconsin-Parkside, a Master's of Business Administration degree in public administration from the University of Phoenix, and a Doctor of Management in Organizational Leadership degree from the University of Phoenix. Currently in the process of dissertation to publication beyond ProQuest and University of Phoenix. Dissertation topic: Retain to Sustain Affordable Housing Managers: A Quantitative Study Examining Burnout and Turnover.
