Jon Webber, PhD
Dr. Webber is an experienced consultant, facilitator, trainer, mentor, and quality reviewer in research, organizational behavior, operations management, leadership, and communications areas. He has over 20 years professional experience in the facilitation of research, organizational behavior, leadership, ethics, management, operations management, and communication courses as well as symposium speaking at international locations. He authored over 10 formal peer-reviewed publications and has presented papers at conferences in the United States and the United Kingdom. He has also provided business seminars in Ukraine and Romania on common sense leadership practices.
He is the President/CEO of Webber Impact Management, Inc., a global consulting and training firm specializing in ethics, leadership, team building, coaching, management, and organizational behavior. He is internationally recognized for his seminal work in common sense leadership. He assists senior level managers and organizations in seeing the “big picture” of where they really are now and where they could be in the future if they dare dream the possibilities that are within their reach.
Dr. Webber is an author, speaker, and conference facilitator providing consultation to corporate, educational, and government organizations. He has spent his thirty-six year professional career in communication and training. His twenty year academic career includes the facilitation of research, organizational behavior, leadership, ethics, management, operations management, conflict management, and communication courses as well as symposium speaking at international locations.
Dr. Webber is involved in leadership development and research projects in Europe, Africa, and Asia. He is also a regular guest professor at Lanzhou University, China.
