Jennifer L. James, MA, PhD

Jennifer James is an English professor, Researcher, and Subject Matter Expert. She teaches developmental, introductory, and advanced writing levels. She holds a BA in Psychology, an MA in English, and a PhD in Higher Education Administration. She is a certified journal reviewer, guest speaker, workshop designer, and a faculty mentor. She participates in several special interest group projects in the area of higher education and organizational leadership. She has published research and articles related to the study of the correlations between nontraditional students' expectations in online programs and their persistence in those programs.
