Born and raised in Honolulu, Hawaii graduated from Moanalua High School, immediately after graduating joined the US Army, during the four years, served in the Desert Shield / Storm Conflict. Got out of the US Army, started my family, married for the last 19 years with four girls and my son. Work with RadioShack for 10 years, starting as a sales associate and ending my career as a district manager. Joined the Air National Guard in 2013, as a Cyber Systems Administrator completed my enlisted in 2019. During those six years, I've gained my Bachelor's Degree from Hawaii Pacific University - Computer Information Systems and my MBA in Computer and Information Security from Northcentral University. Very passionate about cybersecurity to protect, defend and mitigate a variety of cyber threats ranging from the simply disruptive to nearly catastrophic. Been a student associate faculty professor in cybersecurity for the University of Phoenix since 2017, on my Doctorate Journey currently furthering research to empower organizational leaders to reinforce trust and transparency in blockchain technology which allows consumers to operate in a more secure and transparent ecosystem.
