James Ashton, DBA
I am a new Tennessee resident (living in Crossville, TN). After being a resident of Florida for 34 years, living in the Bradenton/Sarasota and the Tampa Bay area for most of those years. I have 14 years of experience in the area of workplace violence. I have sixteen years teaching in the Higher Education field, five of which is with UOPX. I have 17 years of workplace violence experience. In my educational career as a student, instructor, and a Dean, I have been named to the Who's Who (a total of three times, one as a student, instructor, and Dean). My Academic research includes a Master's Thesis on Workplace Violence, and a Dissertation on The Impact of Workplace Violence with regards to Retention and Turnover. I have an overwhelming desire to ensure that the next generation of doctoral learners obtain the best training possible to solve the World's challenges.
