Dr. Ingrid M. Hayes-Burrell, MBA, DBA
She is the Senior Office Manager for the Office of General Counsel - Corporate. After discussing her educational plans with management, she completed the following degrees: BS (cum laude) in Business Management, Potomac College, and MBA (cum laude) in Organizational Development, Trinity (Washington) University. Serving as the first liaison for the DC/Rockville FINRA Women's Network (FWN), she also designed the infrastructure for ERG guidelines; acted as an inaugural committee and Ambassador for the Diversity Leadership Council (DLC), and created the workplace campaign, corporate model. She also served one term as the VP-Education for the Toast of KST, Toastmaster’s International Club. Her manager approved and supported her participation in the redesigned Tuition Investment Program, and in October 2015, was conferred Doctorate of Business Administration (magna cum laude) with a specialization in Management and Leadership from the College of Management and Technology at Walden University, Minneapolis, Minnesota. Her doctoral dissertation was entitled, Financing School-Based Health Centers: Sustaining Business Operational Services. Additionally, she is Adjunct Assistant Professor, in the Health Services Management and Management Studies Department at the University of Maryland University College (UMUC), Adelphi, Maryland and Adjunct Faculty/Assistant Professor, School of Business, Department of Management, Howard University, Washington, DC. Residing in Landover Hills, Maryland, she is happily married to LTC Deano Burrell, (Ret.) US Army, parent of Christia and Matthew (Pia), and four grandsons - Mark, Elijah, Jeremiah, Malachi, and two granddaughters, Rylee and Mia.
