Geraldine Popadak, PhD

Before retiring from General Motors, I was the Organization Development Consultant to the VP of Global Powertrain Manufacturing. I had responsibility for coaching executive leaders and assisting in leadership development plans I have a B.A. from Hiram College in Business Management and a PhD from The Union Institute in Social and Organizational Psychology. My dissertation topic was alternative dispute resolution systems and I am a trained mediator for the state of Michigan doing volunteer mediation for the Michigan court systems as well as the USPS. I am an adjunct faculty at the University of Phoenix in SAS and adjunct faculty at Hiram College (Hiram, Ohio). I have also been adjunct faculty at the University of Phoenix, Michigan campus facilitating undergraduate and graduate courses and visiting lecturer at Oakland University.
