Garry Christopher Jacobs, PhD
Garry Jacobs has served in various capacities with UOPX since 2003 to include Area Chair for Administration and Area Chair for Curriculum and Instruction. Presently, Garry is an Associate Faculty member in the School for Advanced Studies for technology, teaching doctoral courses and seminars, and chairing dissertation committees. Previous experience includes psychology; military, and over 19 years in education teaching numerous subject areas. Dr. Jacobs developed behavioral management programs and successfully implemented mainstreaming processes for individuals with Severe Emotional Handicaps. Garry also served in the capacity of president for a small consultation corporation. Dr. Jacobs earned a PhD. in Educational Leadership with a component in E-learning Leadership from Touro University International, a Masters of education in Special Education from the University of North Florida, and a Bachelor in Management of Human Resources from Faulkner University.
