Daniel J. Smith, MBA, PhD, as a data scientist, is a leader in research and analytics who understands the challenges of leaders in regard to creating and sustaining the capabilities for data-driven decision making and relating to their constituents, from frontline employees to senior-level executives. Daniel draws on his cross-industry experience to help leaders optimize their performance through creative problem solving to generate strategic organizational insights. He has experience working with senior executives in a wide-range of industries in companies from 500 employees to Fortune 500 organizations.
