Experience in reviewing contracts to ensure compliance with government procedural guidelines. Experience in formulating SME trade development policies and SME funding techniques. Excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills; experience in writing and evaluating funding proposals. Experience in developing and running specialized training programs and international workshops/conferences. Experience in policy analysis, country risk analysis, public relations (including event strategy and organization), corporate governance, and development finance in Eastern Europe.
