Christina Anastasia, Ph.D.

Dr. Anastasia is an instructor for the University and currently serves as the Department Chair for Western International University Organizational Systems programs. She is also an entrepreneur, owning several successful businesses in the state of Arizona. She is a SME in HR Management, Organizational Change, Organizational Behavior, leadership, and Research Methods and has written course content for two universities and is published in textbooks, peer reviewed journals, magazines, and newspapers. She is also a certified instructor in the Capsim Business Simulation and has counseled small businesses for the SBDC in both Colorado and Texas. Dr. Anastasia is an expert in business planning and forecasting. As a business owner and entrepreneur, Christina understands the need for knowledge and education in business and has worked with small businesses to write business plans and strategies for success. In the classroom, she incorporates real-world examples and scenarios that align with the course outcomes. Dr. Anastasia holds a PhD in philosophy with an emphasis on Organizational Management from Capella University, a Post Doc in Executive Leadership from Colorado Technical University, and a Masters in Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix.
