Administrative experience as Dean of Academic Services, Director of Instructional Design, and Program Manager at seven online universities; adjunct faculty since 2007 at the University of Phoenix. Entrepreneur in a print and sign shop. Serve as Director of Certification for the International Society for Performance Improvement; member Association for Adult and Continuing Education; Vice President of local Kiwanis Club, servicing children and community causes. Past employment includes AT&T, automotive suppliers, consulting firms, financial institutions, and non-profit organizations. Originally from Michigan, relocated to Arizona to enjoy moderate weather and start a business in a smaller metropolitan area. Hobbies: hiking, feline rescue, and travel.
