I have taught the sciences for 15 years. I have taught courses in Computers, Electronics, Nutrition, Biology, and Microbiology at four different Academic Institutions. My Baccalaureate degree was in Liberal Studies with a concentration in Electronics and Biology from the University of the State of New York in 1989. I earned a Master's of Education from the University of Central Oklahoma in Adult Education/Community Service Option in 2003. I was conferred a PhD in Public Health/Epidemiology in 2017 from Walden University. I also completed 24 credit hours towards an MBA at the University of Texas at El Paso. I presently teach SCI220 (Nutrition) since 2009, and taught SCI163 (Health and Wellness) at the University of Phoenix.
