Work Experience: Over 30 Years: Public School as Classroom Teacher, School Based Administrator, District Level Administrator, and Teacher Trainer.
During Tenure as Educator, I published many studies, handbooks, participated in conferences, reported on research conducted, and was the go to person for research on student outcomes. During my tenure as a faculty member, I have begun to present at conferences and conduct research studies using a variety of research designs to broaden my experience. As a professor and scholar, I would like to improve my research and publishing skills to better support my students.
