Brion F. Goldfinch, D.M.O.L.

My name is Brion F. Goldfinch and I am currently living in Houston Texas area and work in the Oilfield Serves sector of the Oil and Gas industry as a Senior Financial Analyst. I moved to this area to take a positon as a Project Manager at Hewlett Packard in 2013 and it was a great way to settle into the area. I have great marriage to a very supportive wife who is my best friend. We enjoy many outdoor activities such as fishing, hiking, camping, and travel. We have one grandchild and five grown kids between us ranging from 21-28 years old. The most significant reason I chose the University of Phoenix to earn my doctorate degree is due to its portability, quality of its education, peers and faculty. I do not know where I will reside in a year or two, but, I can rely on University of Phoenix’s availability. My work experience began in aerospace as a Tool and Die Maker, where I was employed for 20 years in nearly every facet of manufacturing. I have held positions as a lead, supervisor, and foreman. Along the way, I went back to school at the University of California San Bernardino and received my BA in Economics and minored in Business Administration. After graduating, I successfully changed careers midstream, and started working as finance professional. In 2008, I earned my MBA in Management from California State University. I have worked at Fortune 500 firms, in such positions as Sr. Financial Analyst, Finance Manager, and Director of Finance.
