35 years as a Systems and Logistics (civil servant) experience in both the government and commercial sectors. Green and Black belts certifications in Lean Six Sigma. Served as System Administrator for a web portal for organization of about 3500 people using ORACLE, Database Management, SQL/JAVA/JavaScript/XML/HTML and other various programming language such as ERP/SAP. Education include a BS in Criminal Justice from the University of Detroit, Master of Science in Technical Management (MSTM) from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University, and a Ph.D. in Education Technology from Walden University
