Belen Burkhalter, PhD
Completed PhD in Occupational Studies at Oklahoma State University in 2006. Started working in 2007 as a Dissertation Chair, School of Advanced Studies, University of Phoenix. Also works as a part-time faculty at Langston University, San Diego State, and University of North Texas (distance learning in the master's degree in Rehabilitation Counseling). Full-time employment for 28 years with the Oklahoma Department of Rehabilitation Services in Programs Management responsible for overseeing service delivery to people with disabilities.
Married for 30 years with Ottway, a retired U.S. Navy who proudly served for 30 years. Son is married and is working as a Lead Project Analyst with Phillips 66.
