Barbara Foyil, Ph.D.

Barbara H. Foyil, Ph.D. has spent three decades working with her husband Jack L. Foyil helping to reestablish the glass container industry in former USSR countries, as well as China, and throughout South America. Dr. Foyil was responsible for the development of training programs and the enlistment of experts in specific areas related to glass manufacturing. Upon returning to the United States after seven years living in Barcelona, Spain Dr. Foyil returned to school, earning a MA in Educational Technology and Leadership from Pepperdine University. With her interest in education growing in the field of adult learning theory Dr. Foyil went on to pursue and earn a Ph.D. from Capella University in Post-secondary Adult Education focusing on Andragogy.
