Barbara Carnes, PhD

Barbara Carnes is a learning and development professional, higher education graduate instructor, and dissertation chair, with a special interest in learning transfer and instructional design. She holds a Masters degree in Public Administration, organizational behavior concentration from the University of Missouri and a Ph.D. in Human and Organizational Systems from Fielding Graduate University. She is the author of four books and numerous articles on learning transfer. Books: Making Training Stick, Making Learning Stick, The Making Training Stick Field Guide, Making Elearning Stick
