Arnold Witchel, DBA
Arnie Witchel is President of Witchel & Associates, a firm that specializes in Organization Development and Training since 1996. He has served as both an external and internal OD consultant, as well as Director of OD for a large hospitality company. He currently has major clients in the hospitality and government sectors. Besides delivering workshops in Leadership and team building, he also does statistical analysis for TSA and other entities. His previous background was in advertising and marketing for over 20 years, where he worked on major national accounts such as Anheuser Busch and Ralston Purina, and served as sales manager for national television representative firms, as well as ABC and CBS affiliated stations.. He has a BA in Philosophy from the University of Memphis, a Master's in Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix and a Doctorate in Business Administration/Management from the University of Sarasota. He has been teaching for the University of Phoenix since 1995, and serves as a Chair and Committee Member for doctoral students. He is certified in Myers Briggs, DiSC, DDI/Achieve Global and Crucial Conversations. He is married to his best friend, Bonnie, for over 30 years. They are both Disney enthusiasts and reside in Orlando, FL with their pets.
