Anthony Kortens, Ph.D.

Tony Kortens, Ph.D., is a scholar-practitioner based in the San Francisco Bay area with twenty years of international experience in the field of Organization Development. His training includes a doctoral degree from the Fielding Graduate University and practitioner training with the NTL Institute of Applied Behavioral Science. Dr. Kortens has successfully designed and facilitated a broad range of leadership, team and organization change initiatives across several continents. He has a broad range of consulting experiences with top teams, CEO conferences, and complex system change efforts. More recent client engagements have focused on helping executives deal with the emerging challenges of leading the knowledge intensive organization. Current activities include executive / appreciative coaching, the development of international consultants, supervising doctoral leadership projects and participating as a associate of the Taos Institute. In 2012 Dr. Kortens was awarded one of the first University of Phoenix Teaching and Learning Fellowships.
