Anne Brett, annebrett

Dr. Brett has 35+ years of experience in higher education climbing the academic ladder from faculty to dean to executive dean to college president. She retired from full time academia and currently is a consultant working with academic organizations on strategic planning, accreditation, program development and revision, leadership and faculty development and test writing and assessment. Although Dr. Brett has conducted qualitative and quantitative research, her preference is qualitative because of the richness of the data and exploration of lived experiences. Her research interests include healthy work environments, leadership, health care education and promotion of the profession of nursing.
