Amy Cooper Hakim, Ph.D.

Amy Hakim is an Industrial/Organizational Psychologist in South Florida. She runs a management consulting firm that specializes in training and development, targeted hiring, and survey design and analysis. Amy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Religious Studies from Florida International University. She holds a Master of Science in Psychology and a Ph.D. in Psychology from the same institution. Amy is currently Lead Faculty Area Chair for I-O Psychology, and also facilitates business and leadership courses for the School of Advanced Studies. Amy serves as a doctoral mentor and she coaches new faculty, as well. Amy is published in Psychological Bulletin, Educational and Psychological Measurement, and Journal of Marketing and Management. Amy is a member of the Society of Industrial-Organizational Psychology and American Psychological Association.
