Alice Sylvester, Ph.D-IO Psychology

I am Doctoral graduate from the University of Phoenix, majoring in the discipline of Industrial & Organizational Psychology. Also, I am a 28 year retired Army Veteran with a professional Financial background. Therefore, it was only fitting that I completed my dissertation relative to veterans' issues. I conducted a Narrative Inquiry of "Factors Contributing to Veterans' Successful Reintegration into the Civilian Workforce". My goal in life is to champion for veterans' causes and collaborate on all issues relating to veterans.
